Who wants to get healthier?

Anyone, anyone? Bueller, Bueller?

Ok, almost everyone wants to be healthier, right? We all want to make sure that we are doing what we can to live a healthy life and a long life, right? I know I want to be healthy for a really long time. That doesn't necessarily mean I want to just "live" a long time--I want to be healthy, vital & vibrant as I age!

Ummmm...I'm totally NOT going to be eating 814 blueberries, 59 broccoli florets or 93 apples in one sitting! I probably eat two servings of fruits & veggies  per day if I'm being completely honest with you.
